Track Your Order
Every order shipped from Shopparoo comes with at least one tracking number. You can enter your tracking number below to check the progress. If you do not get the information you were expecting then please let support help by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Tracking can take a few days to update after placing your order. If after 5 days there are no updates you can contact us.
Note: Orders with multiple different items may be shipped from different locations and therefore will be issued multiple tracking numbers.

Once you order is placed we rush to ship it. Once shipped your tracking number is updated in our database and you will be sent an email containing this code. If you have not received this code please check your spam folder or contact email@example.com so that they can manually send it.

100% Free Worldwide Shipping
Our standard shipping method is free, worldwide. We ship to nearly every country in the world from our strategically placed distribution centers. Our estimated delivery timeframe for free shipping is 12 to 21 business days.
In rare situations, because of circumstances outside our control, deliveries can take longer (i.e 30+ days). This is typically due to the unreliable nature of some countries 'customs' who delay the processing of incoming parcels.
Express shipping (DHL, FedEx, EMS etc) is not free and can be selected at checkout for an additional fee.
Our shipments typically require a signature on delivery and if there is no one home to sign, it will be stored at the local post office for collection. If not collected within a certain timeframe the package will usually be returned to us. Re-shipment of your package will incur a fee.
Our shipments nearly always fall under local taxation thresholds and your package therefore will not incur any local import tax. But each country does differ and we have no control or influence over individual decisions made by your countries customs department. If your package has been delayed at customs for an unreasonable length of time, please contact them directly.
Due to the complexities of international shipping sometimes the tracking information is delayed or inaccurate. We work with hundreds of logistic partners to get your item from our warehouse to your country as quickly and efficiently as possible - but each partner supplies tracking information in a different format. It's not unusual to for an item to be "stuck" on the other side of the world for 10 days, only to arrive at it's destination the next day. If your shipments tracking becomes stalled for more than 14 days please contact us so that we can use our tools and resources to give you more information.
